We are currently looking for an experienced Legal Secretary / Administrator for our client in Southport. (Part time or Full time available)
This is initially a 3-4 week temporary vacancy with a view to going permanent for the right person.
Your duties will include:
- Drafting legal letters
- Taking client payments
- Reception & Switchboard
- Updating files in LEAP
- Meeting & greeting customers
- General administration duties as and when required
- Must be a proficient user of LEAP
- Must have an excellent telephone manner
- Good communication skills and well presented
- previous experience in a similar role is essential
